Andrew Baldy

Born and raised on the outskirts of Atlanta, Ga Andrew started his path in the landscaping industry at the early age of 15, working with his father who owned a small landscaping company. He quickly realized he had quite a passion for all things green, and pursued his college education at Oxford College at Emory, Emory University and University of Georgia, where he studied horticulture, plant science and turfgrass science and management. Andrew stepped out on his own and started his own landscaping business in 1993 Which he grew to a successful business and sold in 1999 He took a year off to enjoy a semi-retirement and time with his wife and two children, Caroline and Gray. A little more than a year later he was ready to go back to work, he packed up his family and moved to Birmingham, Al where the opportunity was to start and build another successful landscape company now known as Landscape Associates. What started as a single branch located in Birmingham with only 2 employees himself and one other, grew to 11 branches across the Southeast with over 250 employees and 150 trucks in his fleet. His Mission has remained steadfast, which is to provide professional landscape services while earning the trust of his clients and employees and setting an industry standard for providing expert industry knowledge with integrity while adding value to their clients and employees. In his free time, he continues to enjoy the outdoors by spending time with his wife, Connie, and his family, which includes hunting, traveling, hiking, and time at the lake.

As a business professional with a BBA in Business Management (Cum Laude) from the University System of Georgia, I have gained valuable experience in B to B sales, operations, and marketing over the past 30 years. My career in the Landscape industry began in 2008. I take pride in training and mentoring new leaders and delivering superior service to our customers. Steve Fullenwider

Steve Fullenwider, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer for Landscape Associates, Inc. Steve is responsible for overseeing the Accounting and IT department and has been with the company since 2009. Prior to joining Landscape Associates, Steve spent 12 years in public accounting working as an outsourced CFO and consultant followed by 6 years as a Controller for a regional tile and stone distributor.

Inga joined the LAI team in 2019, bringing with her 20 years of HR experience. She graduated from Faulkner University with a degree in Human Resource Management. Inga oversees all Human Resource functions, including the H2B program, payroll and benefits. She works closely with the management team to ensure the company provides a safe and fair work environment.

Jeff joined Landscape Associates in July of 2023. Jeff has 24 years of experience in the landscape industry. He also has experience as a former property manager of Commercial Office. In his roll at Landscape Associates as a Business Developer he works closely with our operations team to provide customized solutions for our clients.

I grew up in Birmingham Alabama in and around the landscape industry. I started off a laborer and moved into sales where I started with Landscape Associates in November 2023 as Business Developer covering the Birmingham, Montgomery and Auburn locations. I am enthusiastic and eager for new opportunities and to build relationships with clients that will last a lifetime.

In my free time I enjoy spending my time in the outdoors with friends and family.

Chanel joined Landscape Associates at the beginning of 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of our team. With a deep love for the outdoors and a genuine passion for the commercial landscape industry, Chanel excels at helping clients with all their landscaping needs.

Before joining Landscape Associates, Chanel owned and operated her own successful business for 15 years. Her extensive experience and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our company's mission and core values. Additionally, Chanel holds an insurance license in Life and Health, demonstrating her diverse skill set and dedication to professional growth.

Chanel is a proud mother to her son, Cole, who plays college football, and she cherishes her two fur babies, Lily the dog and Birdie the cat. Outside of work, Chanel enjoys adventurous activities like caving, playing pool, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.

We are thrilled to have Chanel as part of the Landscape Associates family, where her expertise and enthusiasm continue to make a positive impact.

Jason Hardy is a seasoned professional in the green industry, currently serving as a Branch Manager in Huntsville. With a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Horticulture from Auburn University, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is a Certified Arborist and holds a Pesticide Applicator License, reflecting his commitment to excellence and professionalism in his field.

With over 15 years of experience in the green industry, Jason has honed his skills across various domains, including landscape maintenance and installation, irrigation installation and troubleshooting, pesticide application, floriculture, arboriculture, and greenhouse production. His dedication to his craft has earned him a reputation for delivering top-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Prior to his career in horticulture, Jason served in the Navy, where he developed invaluable leadership and teamwork skills. These experiences have shaped his approach to management, emphasizing collaboration, integrity, and accountability.

Outside of work, Jason finds joy in spending time with his family. He is happily married to his wife Nettie and is a proud father to their daughter. They share their home with two beloved dogs, who bring endless laughter and companionship to their lives.

Jason's passion for horticulture, combined with his extensive experience and dedication to service, makes him a trusted leader in the green industry. Whether he's managing projects, mentoring team members, or cultivating relationships with clients, Jason's commitment to excellence shines through in everything he does.
